At Ensoul, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services to help our clients achieve their business goals. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our services are delivered, as well as our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
- Our consulting services are delivered through virtual meetings, phone consultations, email support, and/or written reports, as outlined in the client agreement.
- Clients will receive a detailed scope of work prior to engagement, specifying deliverables, timelines, and key milestones.
- Access to any online tools, reports, or materials will be provided through secure channels.
- Payments for services are due as per the agreed-upon contract or invoice schedule.
- We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal].
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in the client agreement.
- Clients may request to reschedule consultations with at least [X] hours’ notice.
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session may be forfeited without a refund.
- Long-term service agreements may include specific termination clauses, as stated in individual contracts.
- Due to the nature of consulting services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered.
- If a client cancels prior to the start of a service, they may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or preparatory costs.
